By accessing or using Aqua Intel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
Aqua Intel provides a data analytics platform for water treatment professionals, including property intelligence, territory management, lead scoring, and related tools. The Service aggregates publicly available data to generate insights for sales optimization.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the billing period.

While we strive for accuracy, Aqua Intel does not guarantee that all property data, water quality readings, or lead scores are complete or error-free. Data is sourced from public records and third-party providers. Users should verify critical information independently before making business decisions.
All content, algorithms, designs, and technology comprising the Service are owned by Aqua Intel USA. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqua Intel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
